MONDAY
9.30 - 11.30am Bags by Bag Ladies! – Come along and sew bags from donated material which are then donated to local charities. Sewing machines and material supplied. Donations of material gratefully accepted.
10-11.15am Gentle Flow Yoga – Yoga for all - Gently explore movement, breath, relaxation, and mindful focus with Heather.
$15 per class. Ph 022 106 5606.
11.30-12.30pm Tai Chi for Beginners – Increase your levels of strength, energy and flexibility.
All welcome to come along for $2 per class.
6-7.30pm Karate Classes (Shotokan) – Adults and children welcome. Bookings with David Eaton 021 100 9394

10am-2.30pm Leisure Painters – A friendly group of mostly retired people who paint, sketch and work together. Participation in the group offers a good opportunity to share techniques and experience with a non competitive group of like minded people. Casual rate of $8 per session or payment by the term of $6 per session. New members welcome. 10-11am Chair Stretch, Breathe & Meditate for Beginners – Learn awareness, breathing and relaxation techniques alternating between gentle standing and sitting exercises. Casual rate $10 or prepay for term $80.Ph David Noon 027 552 3757
4.30-5.30pm Gracie Roots Jiu Jitsu Program – Welcoming Gracie Jiu Jitsu for all youth practitioners! The Gracie Roots program is a play based linear learning program which contributes greatly to children’s cognitive, physical, social and emotional well-being. It can be started at anytime and participants are invited to any class without previous experience. Students will learn core techniques of Gracie Jiu Jitsu in a fun, safe and cooperative environment in which specific age groups pair kids to their cognitive comprehension and attention span for learning. Each class is a stimulating workout experience that continues their personal growth while inspiring them with positive energy. We use a unique vocabulary to enthuse learning. The concepts of the Gracie Roots program, when studied and practiced correctly, translate into concepts important in everyday life. Gracie Roots is a Martial Arts that educates Martial Artist helping to find confidence and balance through an encouraging lifestyle and philosophy that aids in bringing out the best version of one’s self.

Wool and needles/hooks can be provided. Donations of wool gratefully accepted.
10–12 noon Elderly Shoppers Run – Available for the elderly in our community who live from Belmont to Devonport. Gold coin donation. Limit of 8 people. Book a seat by phoning the office 445 3068.
