Kauri Hall
Capacity - 200 people.
The large main Kauri Hall can accommodate around 200 people standing and around 80 people seated.
The hall includes a beautiful grand piano, sound system, acoustic ceiling, good lighting and heating, pull down projector screen, tables, chairs and access to an equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and glasses for 80 people.
We have also recently installed mirrors along one wall, which is perfect for performance and dance classes.
The hall is even large enough that it can accommodate a bouncy castle!
Hall Dimensions:
14.5 metres long x 11.7 metres wide.
Ceiling is 4.6 metres at highest point, 3.5 metres at lowest point.
$26 p/hour for community groups & long term hirers.
$36 p/hour for commercial & private hires including birthday parties.

The Rimu Room is upstairs and is suitable for classes, meetings and workshops and can cater for around 30 people.
The room includes a kitchenette with a sink and jug, heat pump, whiteboard, pin boards, trestle tables and chairs.
$20 p/hour for community groups & long term hirers.

Pōhutukawa Room
Capacity - 15 people.
The Pōhutukawa Room is upstairs and is suitable for workshops and can cater for around 15 people comfortably. It is our dedicated drop-in Youth Space, which runs on Tuesday and Thursdays 4pm-7pm during term time.
The room includes a kitchenette with a sink and hot water urn, large table and stools, sofa lounge set-up, Smart TV, and a heat pump. We are able to rearrange the furniture of this space for your workshop if needed- just reach out and get in touch.

The room includes a couch and 2 chairs, side tables, a desk and chair, a heat pump and whiteboard.
$15 p/hour for community groups & long term hirers

The Kōwhai Room is upstairs and is suitable for consultations, private tuition, shared office space or for smaller groups and private piano lessons of up to 6 people.

Mezzanine - Community Lounge

This is an open space for our community to use but can also be booked for exclusive use (free of charge).
The Mezzanine area is an open lounge space suitable for smaller groups, informal meetings, drop ins, book clubs and more. This space has sliding doors that open up to a sunny courtyard, lots of comfy seating options, a book swap and a heat pump.
Capacity - 12 people.
This is an open space for our community to use but can also be booked for exclusive use (free of charge).
